A one million sq ft* innovation park and social hub for Cambridge, bringing science and innovation closer to the buzz of the city. The Beehive will provide workspaces for businesses, laboratories for research, and curated gardens and independent retail outlets for the community. Designed to be accessible for all, it will be home to a community centre, dedicated youth spaces, including STEM space for learning, and highly-sustainable buildings with carefully-considered amenities.
