CONSTRUCTION PARTNERS ON TWO CAMBRIDGE DEVELOPMENTS APPOINTED

The main contractors for the first two of Railpen’s major developments in Cambridge were appointed early in 2024. Skanska UK and Morgan Sindall Construction will work together with Socius on behalf of Railpen on the development of Botanic Place, a 540,000 sq ft sustainable office scheme, and Mill Yard, a 120,000 sq ft mixed-use development. Both projects are being developed by Socius on behalf of Railpen.
