Beehive

A one million sq ft* innovation park and social hub for Cambridge, bringing science and innovation closer to the buzz of the city. The Beehive will provide workspaces for businesses, laboratories for research, and curated gardens and independent retail outlets for the community. Designed to be accessible for all, it will be home to a community centre, dedicated youth spaces, including STEM space for learning, and highly-sustainable buildings with carefully-considered amenities. The Beehive seeks to create approximately 6,700 new jobs across an array of sectors and aims to deliver something for everyone.

The Lookout (Proposed)

230 Newmarket Road

Cambridge Retail Park

The premier retail park in Cambridge, providing a broad mix of retail, food and beverage, and leisure uses. Railpen is currently working on expansion plans that will bring new and exciting retail and leisure tenants to the park. This includes a planned restaurant and leisure scheme at 264 Newmarket Road and a small retail warehouse unit at 3/5 Coldhams Lane.
